Vision. A world in which online reviews can be trusted, because their integrity is verified by an independent third party. Where a certified score is worth more than a high but uncertified one, and businesses compete on the real quality of their service, not on an apparent reputation.
Mission. We give businesses a way to prove, with evidence, that their score genuinely represents the experience of their customers. We do it as an independent third party: we measure the integrity of review collection, certify it and monitor it over time, without collecting reviews or having any interest in the result. Because whoever collects and sells the result cannot certify it: they would be a judge in their own cause.
Online reviews have become a regulated matter. Companies have concrete obligations, regulators have tools and precedents. But until now no one offered companies a way to measure themselves in advance, before someone else did it for them.
